The service provider shall ensure Statsbygg's requirements in connection with local supplementary project management.
The assignment's extent and limitations:
In this assignment, H140 Supplementary project management production, the service provider shall deliver project management and follow up contracts related to various parts of the Project manager — Production's organisation.
The Project manager — Production's organisation structure is presented in the attached organisation plan. An organisation chart that has not been approved/is being prepared is to be enclosed as these provide a more correct description of the organisation at the start of the internal work than organisation charts that are already approved.
In addition to project managers, Statsbygg also supplements follow up of the construction site with internal resources such as construction managers, Safety, Health and Work Environment — Coordinator Executor (SHA-KU), control engineers from Project Groups, staff functions such as progress planning and interface planner (ITB).

Project managers are offered as an option to the required extent to supplement the project management as needed. This can be a need that occurs if it is apparent that it is necessary to implement 2 shift schemes in the contract works, or if situations arise in which there is a need for special competence, in particular follow-up or general capacity increases in project management.

The following concrete roles shall also be offered as an option:

B. Assistant project manager electro 2 — Senior project manager electro with responsibility for following up contracts K501, K5011, K502, K503, and K5031.

C. Assistant project manager HVAC — Senior project manager.

D. Senior project managers;

E. Junior project managers.

The complete annual accounts for the last 2 years, including the auditor's report. Statsbygg reserves the right to carry out a credit rating of all tenderers.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Companies are required to have good experience from assignments with a transferable value, including good experience from assignments with builder managed contracts. Relevant experience with both electro and HVAC shall be substantiated.

Documentation:

A short presentation of relevant reference assignments (3-5), in which the tenderer has had central roles in the management of the project implementation in recent years.

The following shall be provided for each of the reference projects:

1. A brief description of the building/type of buildings.

— Size of the construction project in m2 and NOK

— The value of the assignment and the accompanying contract value

— Roles in the management assignment (in detail)

— Discipline

— Contract period for implementation

— Contracting authority

— Contract form/divisions

— Which conditions in the reference project are particularly relevant for PNN.
