Contract K206 Internal works 1 contains basically all internal structural works for the Project New National Museum.
— Outer walls, internal surfaces including window and door frames;
— Non-bearing internal walls, all materials and surfaces for internal supporting systems;
— Folding walls;
— Wooden floors;
— Oak parquet floors;
— Computer floors;
— Grating floors;
— Concrete floors, surfaces;
— Floor surfaces;
— Ceilings;
— Various internal insulation;
— Finishing treatment of internal surfaces;
— Fire Sealing.
Contract 206 will include the main liability for RTB up until the takeover. The building will be separated in zones. In periods these zones will be physically barred or locked. The contractor will only be allowed access to parts of the building and must therefore establish a routine for RTB, when this becomes relevant after the framework phase. Contract K206 has important interfaces towards contracts: K209 Doors, K207 Internal works 2, K302 Ventilation, K301 Piping and K401 Electric power.
