The offered system shall be able to plan, execute and verify the following examinations:Photon treatment:a) Therapeutic photon treatment — typically 18 fractions at 3 Gy. Primarily IMRT and VMAT. Relevant for the head, neck, back, pelvis, thorax and abdomen.Horse: Typically 1-4 fractions.Stereotactic treatment.b) Palliative photon treatment with rectangular field or more conformal therpay. For example, few fractions of bone growths and large growths in both extremities and the rest of the body.c) Electron treatment for skin and underskin growths in horses, dogs and cats, with varying depth and distance to the skin. Whole body treatment of dogs or cats.The equipment shall be installed in autumn/spring 2018/19.

The tenderers are asked to thoroughly examine the tender documentation prior to the information meeting, and any questions should be presented in advance. C.f.point 1.6 below. The tenderer is required to have a legally established company.
Company Registration Certificate, foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate in the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability.
The extent of the turnover will also be emphasised.
Complete financial statements for the last year, including the audit report, alternatively StartBANK ID.
The Norwegian Directorate of Public Construction and Property reserves the right to carry out a credit rating of all tenderers.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers are required to have experience from assignments with comparative value.
An overview shall be enclosed of relevant reference places where the offered equipment is in clinical operation (Hospitals/Clinics).
An overview shall also be enclosed of veterinary installations (horses, dogs and cats) of the offered equipment.
Tenderers are required to have sufficient capacity to fulfil the assignment.
Proof that the tenderer can use the necessary resources:
Enclose an organisation overview/chart with relevant persons for this project, both in the service organisation and other roles.
