K923.11 Fume cupboard and safety cabinets.Procurement Group K923.11 is divided into the following six sub-groups that are the basis for the competition.— Sub-group 01 Fume cupboardo different sizes, design, connections for: water, sink, gas, tap and formalin discharge point.o Ex-secure fume cupboardo Radiation protecting fume cupboard— Sub-group 02 Safety cabinets and sterile bencheso safety cabinets classification 1 and 2 with type A2 and B2o Safety cabinet classification 2 built together with safety cabinet classification 3 to a complete unit.o Sterile benches (LAF/ UDAF)— Sub-group 03 PCR work stationso PCR work stations with UV lighting— Sub-group 04 Special deviceso Receiving stations, fume cupboard for rodentso Safety bench classification 2 for handling of radioactive isotopes with a dosing cabinet.— Sub-group 05 Macro benches.o Macro benches— Sub-group 06 Fume benches, downward flow suctiono Fume benches, downward flow suction.Procurement Group K923.11 (six sub-groups where of some are then split up into lot-groups) is being announced/published as a competition. It is possible to submit a tender offer on the entire competition or parts of the competition as stated under chapter 5.3 in this document. There can therefore be several contracts within this procurement group.The fume cupboards, safety cabinets, sterile benches and PCR work stations we request shall be well proven, standardised products from manufacturers and the tenderer's standard range.As stated in the requirement specifications, the items should be designed, produced and tested in accordance with the following standards and norms:— For fume cupboards; NS-EN 14175-1 — 2003 (Terminology), NS-EN 14175 — 2 – 2003 (Requirements of safety and performance), NS-EN 14175 — 3 – 2004 (Methods for type test) and NS-EN 14175 — 6 – 2006 (Variable air volume).— For safety cabinets classification 1, 2 and 3; NS — EN 12469 (2000) Biotechnology, Performance criteria for microbiological safety cabinets.— For safety cabinets class 2; NSF/ANSI 49 (2014) Biosafety Cabinetry; Design, Construction, Performance and Field Certification.The fume cupboards, safety cabinets etc. shall be delivered and installed with the first units in Autumn 2017 and then continue throughout 2018.The equipment units in this competition will be placed in premises that belong to either The Norwegian Veterinary Institute or NMBU (The Norwegian University of Life Sciences). Consequently, the contracts will be handed over to these entities with the relevant number of units, for follow-up of conditions that will come into force after the equipment has been handed over to either The Norwegian Veterinary Institute or NMBU. This concerns the Tenderer's warranty obligations and/or follow-up of conditions related to claims.
