The tenderer's company shall have an organisation and size which ensures the execution of the project within the provided progress plan,c.f. the document ‘Orientering om prosjektet’ (‘Information about the project’)

The tenderer shall have an established quality assurance system.

Considerable experience from comparable assignments, including:
—The tenderer must have experience with assignments of a comparable nature, such as hospitals/clean rooms/laboratories/ isolation wards.
