The tenderer is required to have a legally established company.
Company Registration Certificate, foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate in the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers are required to have sufficient financial ability to execute the contractual works.
The extent of the turnover will also be emphasised.
The complete annual statements for the last year including the boards and auditor's reports.
The Norwegian Directorate of Public Construction and Property reserves the right to carry out a credit rating of all tenderers.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
3.A. Implementation ability.
Tenderer's company shall have an organisation and size which ensures the execution of the project within the provided progress plan. c.f. The document ‘Orientering om prosjektet’ (‘Information about the project’).
An overview of the tenderer's total manpower.
The tenderer's organisation plan on business level.
3.B. Quality assurance.
The tenderer shall have an established quality assurance system.
The tenderer's quality assurance system, system overview/table of content, including the date of the latest internal revision.

ISO-9001 certificate.
3.C The tenderer's competence and experience.
Significant experience from assignments of a comparable nature, including:
— The tenderer must have experience with engineering design of high-containment laboratories, type BSL3 or higher.
— Engineering design, production and installation of wall systems for high containment, type BSL3 or higher, sealing of cable runs. (Observe: If the elements are not manufactured by the tenderer himself, the element manufacturer shall be considered as a sub-contractor and a commitment statement in addition to documentation showing compliance with the requirement must be submitted, c.f. text below).

Installation of pre-fabricated in a contimination barrier area.
A description should be delivered of approx. 1 A4 page per project, with a minimum of 3 reference projects that together complies with the requirements for this assignment under point 3.C, with information of i.a.:
— the name of the project;
— contracting authority;
— the project's size in m² and cost;
— type of building;
— the assignment's contract value excluding VAT;
— type of contract;
— the start-up date and completion date (year) / if not completed — which state of the reference project the tenderer is participating in.
b) Attestation from the contracting authority showing satisfactorily execution of the stated reference projects in point a) above. The attestation shall state whether the works have been professionally executed and properly completed.
