Contract K230 Framework consists of the outer walls and roof for the entire building complex, as well as 2 steel staircases.The outer wall is seen as from the internal damp barrier layer up to and including the outer covering. The roof is to be seen as from the internal damp barrier/building roof up to and including the finished established roof surface. The contract also includes all glass panels, windows, doors and constructional components in the facade and on the roof, including external sun screening and fitting work on facades and on the roof.The contract follows two prior framework contracts, K210-1 Framework part 1 and K210-2 Framework part 2, which together comprise the erection of the framework for the entire building complex, with all the primary, supporting steel and concrete constructions including foundations.Combined, the buildings have a footprint of approx. 27 700 m2. The buildings go from U3 to level 4, and lie in sloping terrain so that level U2 and level 1 have exits to the terrain. Large part of U2 are situated with facades against the terrain. U3 is completely under ground and consists mainly of culverts under a limited part of the building.The following work is included in contract K230:— The contract includes rigging for its own workers in an area that has been put aside in the rigging area, in accordance with the rigging plan and the establishment of the necessary scaffolding, cranes and temporary rigging measures for the execution of the contract work. In addition there will be responsibility for the establishment and operation of an external access tower for temporary transport channels through facades as well as temporary measures with roofing and roof over roof to the described extent.— Establishment of all outer walls from the outside up to and including the damp barrier and 50 mm internal application. Insulation on the warm side of the damp barrier, covering and surface treatment will be included in a later contract. Insulated base from 400 mm under the OK cover at ground level. The contract also includes all complete installations on the facade as regards sun screening fittings etc.— The contract also includes all glass panels, windows, doors and constructional components in the facade and on the roof, also including external sun screening and fittings work.— Complete development of insulation and roofing on the roof including fittings work, green roof and lightning protection installations on the roof and in the facade.— Supplementary steel work on the facade for fixing sun screening as well as reinforcement over major openings are also included. Delivery and assembly of 2 steel staircases that shall be lifted in through openings for the glass roof.— The contract has full functional responsibility for ensuring that the climate shell fulfils the sealed building requirements in accordance with the passive house standard. Testing and documentation that the requirements are fulfilled are included in the contract. The contract also has functional responsibility and the delivery of a system for sun screening and facade washing systems.
