Project Campus Ås needs expertise in follow-up, commissioning, testing and completion of hospital/advanced laboratory buildings for the construction of a new building for VI/NMBU.The need for resources will vary throughout the project period. There is a need for 1 full time resource from the turn of the year 2016/2017 and it will be necessary to have 2-3 resources in 2017/2018. The project period is expected to last until the end of 2019.General systems that shall ensure infection control and well-functioning function areas will be the sum of deliveries from several contracts and the project would therefore like to establish follow-up of technical systems that shall ensure infection control at a general contract level, in addition to the planned discipline follow-up. See annex 2 Assignment Description for further information on the assignment.The personnel in this contract will be a part of the project's administration and will be co-located with this. Project Campus Ås currently has a project office at Skøyen, but the project office will move to Ås (premises at the university, right by the construction site). The move is currently planned for the turn of the month March/April 2017.The personnel will be expected to use the email address provided by the Directorate of Public Construction and Property and act as an integrated part of the Directorate of Public Construction and Property's project administration.

The Directorate of Public Construction and Property reserves the right to obtain a credit rating of tenderers. Any credit rating will be obtained from a publicly certified credit rating institution.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers shall have good experience from equivalent assignments, e.g. follow-up of construction work in hospitals, follow-up of testing advanced technical installations or similar.
Capacity — tenderers shall substantiate that they can supply several qualified resources if needed, see the tender form point 2.
Reference list with a description of the type of building, size, complexity and the tenderer's role in the assignment.
Individual CVs and experience are not requested in this point.
