The Co-location Porject includes the establishment of beautiful, functional and uniform green installations. The new park and landscape areas shall both strengthen the existing park qualities in the current park and create a new and beautiful park expansion on the campus.The SLP project is planned in accordance with the general plan for NMBU from 2010, with Uraksen, a new, green park area between the Urbygning and Nordskogen, as a central element. A central footpath will run along the entire park area.The landscape plan is divided into zones with different landscape characters, which span from natural character to a high degree of cultivation. Operational functions such as manure tanks, access to goods areas and clinics, car parks and outdoor horse facilities are planned for the area to the west of the building. Access roads are planned north and south of the building. Uraksen is planned to the east of the building, with main entrances to the new building and car park areas/traffic functions.The project shall establish planting based on local species and phytocenosis. The aim is to create a good composition of Norwegian plant species and a natural expansion of NMBU's plant collection for use in teaching. The new building shall have a green roof, this is included in another contract.Secure handling of surface water is a central part of the project. The solutions are based on open, local solutions, where surface water is collected, drained and cleaned before it is emitted to an existing stream outside the project area. The contract includes the construction of an open water surface and stream with a large number of surface water constructions such as culverts and walls as well as bridges and wooden constructions.The contract includes construction work such as concrete covers and ramps in the courtyard and support walls in coloured concrete with exposed stones. Steps shall be built in the terrain, superstructure over the bicycle stands with a sedum cover, various seating elements of natural stone and wood, natural stone covers etc. Three of the courtyards in the building shall be adapted for use. K700 shall develop the outside areas for the Joint Building and make adaptations to the existing buildings, such as Urbygningen, Saghellinga, Husdyrfagbygget and building 173 Flislager at Hønsestigen, Likkista.
