FFI carries out experiments in laboratories and in the field in order to explore the potential in new communication technology and how the technology can be used. In this enquiry we are requesting e-tenders for HF technology. We would like HF technology for two areas of use.
1) A complete radio system that includes all the components required to transport IP-packages from the sender terminal through the air to the receiver terminal, except aerials. The sending effect shall be at least 100 W.
2) A modem that can operate with different radio and different external crypto systems (not necessarily included in the tender).

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tax and VAT certificate, not older than 6 months.
The tenderer must be a legally established company. Documentation: Company registration certificate
Ethical self-declaration for tenderers. Documentation: Enclose confirmation that you as the supplier are aware of and satisfy the requirements in the declaration.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers shall have healthy finances and the financial capacity to fulfil the assignment/contract. Documentation: Credit rating, not older than 6 years, based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by an officially certified credit rating institution. The rating shall be credit worthy or higher.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer shall have experience from equivalent assignments. Documentation requirement: A description of the tenderer's company, ownership, size and departments, as well as copies of the tenderer's product catalogue and brochures.
Tenderers shall have good experience with providing these types of services. Documentation: Tenderers shall enclose a list of equivalent deliveries in the last 5 years with a description, including information on a reference person.
