Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

The tenderer must be a legally established company. Documentation: Norwegian companies: A Company Registration Certificate Foreign companies: Certified documentation showing that the company is a formally established company in the country of origin.

The tenderer's tax and VAT payments shall be in order. Documentation: Norwegian tenderers: Tax and VAT certificates. Information about tax certificates: www.skatteetaten.no The certificates can be ordered and downloaded from altinn.no Foreign tenderers: Shall present certificates issued by relevant authorities in countries of origin. The certificates must not be older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders.

Ethical self-declaration for tenderers. Documentation: Enclose confirmation that you as the supplier are aware of and satisfy the requirements in the declaration.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers shall have a healthy economy and the financial capacity to fulfil the assignment/contract. Documentation: Credit appraisal/rating, not older than 6 months, and which is based on the last known fiscal figures. The rating shall be carried out by an officially certified credit rating institution. The rating shall be credit worthy or higher.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers shall have experience from the relevant trade. Documentation: A description of the tenderer's business.

The tenderer shall have a good and well functioning quality assurance system. Documentation: A description of the tenderer's support and service organisation, and support policy shall be presented.
