BFK Eiendom shall sign contracts for snow clearing at their organisations in Buskerud. The assignment includes snow ploughing, gritting, milling and whatever is required to maintain accessibility of the outdoor areas at all times. The areas are school yards and parking places, with an option on snow shovelling/milling at emergency exits and stairs by entrance ways for some organisations. A contract will be signed with one tenderer in each zone. The contracts apply for the winter season 2015-2016, with option on winter season 2016-2017.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Requirement 1: Tenderer shall have their tax and VAT payments in order.

Documentation requirement:

Requirement for a certificate of paid tax, social security contributions and VAT in accordance with the Regulations' about public procurements § 8-7 (enclosed with the tender offer):

Certificates issued by the competent authority in the member country, confirming that the tenderer has met their obligations with regard to the payment of taxes, social security contributions and value added tax in accordance with the legal requirements in the home country of the tenderer/contractor (refer to the Chief Municipal Treasurer to have the certificate issued). The certificate must not be more than six months old.

Requirement 3: The tenderer must have the financial capacity to carry out the contract.

The contracting authority will conduct an assessment of the supplier's finances through the company and accounts information system AAA Soliditet AS.

Tenderer can submit other information he/she deems relevant.

The Contracting Authority reserves the right to obtain supplementary information about the tenderer's finances. Minimum requirement — the tenderer shall be credit worthy.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement 4: The tenderer shall have sufficient implementation ability and capacity.

Documentation requirement:

Statement about the tenderer's average workforce for the implements, machinery, tools, materials or technical equipment that that the tenderer has at their disposal for the fulfilment of the contract/the assignment.

As a minimum, the statement shall contain the following:

— staff lists

— description of the machinery fleet (number and type of machines)

Note: The Contracting Authority will assess the qualification requirement against the zones for which the tenderer delivered tender offers on. The larger and more zones, the stricter the requirements for implementation ability and capacity.
