Certificates of registration in a professional register as determined by the laws of the country where the supplier is established, for example the Brønnøysund Business Register (company registration certificate), as well as any established classification for the register where applicable.

Certificates issued by the competent authorities in the member country where the supplier belongs confirming that the suppliers have met the obligations with regard to the payment of taxes and social security contributions (requests to the treasurer/municipal cashier for form RF-1244) in accordance with the legal requirements of the relevant country. The certificate must not be older than 6 months.

As a minimum this should contain the Board's statement, profit and loss statement, balance sheet, and notes. In addition, we request that the audit report for the last 2 years be attached. Any sub suppliers.
