Wheel tyre saw with hydraulic wedge

A wheel tyre saw with hydraulic wedge/stipping is used to remove the tyre from the wheel during the tyre replacement process. This is completed by cutting the tyre at opposite sides to enable it to be split and separated from the wheel.
The wheel tyre saw, type Künstler RSE 1000 1S or equivalent, shall have a designed operational life of 25 years and shall be suitable for the Bergen Stadler Variobahn tram wheels and for installation at the Kokstad Bergen Depot at a location in the bogie workshop or mechatronics room.
When a wheel is in position it shall be securely held for tyre cutting operation. The wheel tyre saw shall have variable cutting speeds for selection by the operator and shall apply cooling liquid or spray to the hacksaw blade during cutting.

The tenderer must be a legally established company.

Documentation requirement for Norwegian tenderers:

— Company Registration Certificate.

Documentation requirement for foreign tenderers:

— Confirmation that the service provider is registered in a trade register or company register in accordance with the law in the country where the service provider is established.

Tenderers must have their affairs in order with respect to the payment of tax, employer contribution and value added tax (VAT).

Documentation requirement: Tax Certificate, not older than six months from the qualification deadline. A Tax Certificate is defined as:

For Norwegian tenderers:

— Form from the Tax Directorate (RF-1244) for VAT, tax and employer contributions issued by the Tax Office.

For foreign tenderers:

— Foreign tenderers must submit equivalent certificates from their own country that show that they have an arrangement for the payment of taxes and duties. If the authorities in the relevant country do not issue these certificates, the tenderer should submit a declaration which states that all taxes and duties have been paid. The declaration shall be approved and signed by the tenderer's Financial Director/ person responsible for Finance.

The tenderer must fulfil Norwegian HSE requirements for work that is carried out in Norway.

— Filled in and signed HSE self-declaration in accordance with the PPR Annex 2. Preferably use the attached template, see Annex 2.

Tenderers shall follow the eight fundamental ILO conventions and there shall be continual systematic work to ensure that the company's sub suppliers comply with the requirements.

The tenderer shall have sufficient financial strength to comply with the contractual obligations.

Documentation requirement: The last two complete annual accounts for the supplier, including notes, the board's report and auditor's statement.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers shall have relevant experience from the delivery and installation of saws for splitting/dividing wheels on light rail coaches.

Documentation requirement: The tenderer must describe their most relevant projects in the last three years by filling out annex 4 to the pre-qualification documentation. The description must contain sufficient information for the Contracting Authority to be able to assess and evaluate the relevance of earlier projects against the need described in this contest.
