Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The company's most recent Annual Report, including new information of relevance to the company's fiscal figures.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
A certified licence for handling waste is required from a public authority. Documentation requirement: Attestations, certificates or other documentation which confirms that the company holds the necessary licences for collection of waste.
Experience and good references from at least 3 similar assignments during the past three years, are required. By similar assignments we mean assignments which include both collection, transport and treatment of waste. Documentation requirements: the tenderer must provide a list of the most important deliveries during the past 3 years, including information concerning value, date and recipient (name and e-mail). The references will only be contacted if necessary.

The tenderer shall have sufficient implementation ability and capacity. Documentation requirement: The tenderer shall attach an organisational chart and a short description of which resources are accessible and which devices can be drawn on if necessary. A declaration of which sorting and treatment plan will be used should also be attached.

A good and well-functioning quality assurance system is required for the products that shall be provided. Documentation requirement: A statement regarding the supplier's quality assurance system/quality management system or a copy of the system certificate issued by the accredited certification bodies or similar documentation.

If the supplier is planning to hand over parts of the contract to sub-suppliers, provide a brief description of the sub-suppliers and indicate which parts they will perform. If a tenderer intends to use the capacity of other companies for the financial/economic strength and/or the technical/professional qualifications, documentation shall be enclosed that confirms that the tenderer can use the necessary resources at the sub suppliers, e.g. by a written binding statement or a written cooperation contract on this between the service provider and sub suppliers, cf. FOA §§ 17-8 and 17-9. Documentation requirement: Tenderers must obtain and enclose a binding statement from the companies in question or other proof that documents that the tenderer can use the offered resources.
