The collaboration contractor shall be the applicant in the pre-qualification and shall independently obtain competent consultants, including ARK, PGL, Responsible Applicant, RIB, RIV, RIE, RIEA, RIBR, RIAku, LARK, RIVA, RIG, RIByFy, Energy Consultant, Environment Consultant etc. The architect and consultants can participate in several groups.

The municipal council in Vestre Toten decided in case 91/14 that a new secondary school is to be established in Vestre Toten as a new building on the same site as the current Raufoss secondary school. The school will merge the current Raufoss secondary school and Reinsvoll secondary school. The school is to be dimensioned for seven parallel classes per year, i.e. approx. 630 pupils. The new building is estimated to have an area of approx. 8 000 m² in total. The project also includes the demolition of the existing Raufoss secondary school. The plan is to use the existing school building up until the new building is ready. The project can be extended to also include an expansion of the current sports hall (approx. 400 m² footprint).
