Tromsø kommune

Tromsø municipality shall enter into a 2 year framework agreement for the following 3 areas:
Delivery of filters for ventilation installations.
Service contract for ventilation and heating installations.
Mapping inside climate.
Tenderers are therefore invited to submit a tender. The contracts will have an option for up to 2 years.
The contracts will apply for the municipality's result and support units, and will apply for municipal buildings and rented buildings for which the municipality has operational responsibility.

Information of the tenderer: Annex 1 shall be completed and attached to the tender. The tenderer is asked to provide information on their organisation and turnover in an extent that gives Tromsø municipality an accurate picture of the company.
Certificates of registration in a professional register as determined by the laws of the country where the supplier is established, for example the Brønnøysund Business Register (company registration certificate), as well as any established classification for the register where applicable.

Finances: The supplier must have a sound financial basis that indicates that the supplier could serve the contracting authority in the future as well. The company's (not the parent group's) last 2 years of accounting and revenue for the services on the contract. As a minimum this should contain the Board's statement, profit and loss statement, balance sheet, and notes. In addition, we request that the audit report for the last 2 years be attached. Any sub suppliers.

References: An overview of a minimum of 2 references (with the value, date, customer name and contact persons) from equivalent deliveries in the contract areas.
Competence: Documentation shall be enclosed (only applies for the service contract). In-depth knowledge on control/regulation and function of actual types of HVAC installations (electrical - air - water). Modern equipment for inspections and troubleshooting. The capacity for turn-outs in the relevant area. The necessary authorisations.
