The procurement is for operational leasing of new vehicles in the contract period.
The procurement is also for the administration of the contracting authority's vehicles, including self-owned and leased vehicles. In addition it is desirable that the service provider can administer a database on other registered vehicles (tractors, trailers, boats, excavators etc.).
Separate competitions will be held for the procurement of vehicles.
The Municipal Engineering and Property Departments reserve the right to announce separate competitions for leasing vehicles that are not passenger cars or goods vans.
