Ruter As (Forsyning)

Parallel framework agreements shall be signed with 3 equal service providers within the 2 areas provided that there are 3 suitable service providers and tenders. The framework agreements shall cover Ruter's need for services connected to valuation and value assessment (area 1), as well as searching for/mapping (area 2) business properties in Oslo and Akershus for the procurement and rent of business properties and sites for, e.g. (not exhaustive):
— Bus sites;
— Rest rooms and barracks for bus drivers;
— Infrastructure for fossil-free bus services, e.g. electric buses (e.g. charging stations);
— Other types of development of property/infrastructure for public transport in Oslo and Akershus;
— Procurement of strategically situated housing plots for the development of tracks/infrastructure;
It is a prerequisite that service providers can provide both areas and that service providers are free to use sub suppliers.
