This welfare centre shall contain:— Nursing home and day centre, including administration as well as offices and a base for open care;— Sheltered accommodations with common room.The contract to be signed is a turnkey contract, and the tenderer shall be responsible for the engineering design of the welfare centre. Due to restraints in the culture landscape, and special and challenging terrain conditions in the area, it is expected that the Contractor will have room in their engineering design to propose the design and placement of the welfare centre that he considers to the be the most advantageous when it comes to the tender phase of the procurement process.
