Ramstad School is a lower secondary school for the 8

The contracting authority is planning to construct a new addition, Building E, with 2 floors and an intermediate building facing Building D. The new building has a gross area of approx. 2 300. The contract also includes some alterations and reconstruction of rooms and functions in the existing buildings, as well as an expansion of the shower/and changing room capacity in Building A (an addition).

The existing well system and the school's total energy requirement must be expanded and adapted to the expansion.

The contracting authority is planning alterations and upgrading of the outdoor area in relation to the parking and traffic situation, foot and bicycle paths as well as the new school yard.

Organisational and legal position:

The company shall be legally registered.

Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate.

Foreign companies: Registration certificate in a professional register as determined by legislation in the country where the tenderer is established. The documentation must, at a minimum, state:

a: The company's name and registration number;

b. The company's business address;

c. The person who can act on the company's behalf/bind the company.

The company shall have its tax and duty payments in order:

Norwegian companies: Tax certificate, not older than six months from the tender deadline.

Foreign companies: Certificate issued by the competent authority in the tenderer's home country certifying that the tenderer has fulfilled the obligations regarding fees in accordance with the laws of the country in which the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The company shall have sufficient financial capacity to comply with the contractual obligations and shall as a minimum have ‘good creditworthiness’ or equivalent:

The company's most recent annual accounts or extracts thereof.

An extended credit appraisal (not more than three months from the deadline for receipt of tenders). The credit appraisal shall be conducted by an official approved credit rating agency.

If the tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the Contracting Authority, the tenderer can prove the economic and financial position with any other document that the Contracting Authority deems suitable.

If possible, a statement of obligation shall be presented, in the form of surety statement or equivalent.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The company shall have good experience with assignment of equivalent nature, scope and complexity.

Planned and constructed school projects (turnkey contracts) in accordance with TEK10, including contracts with a minimum value of 50 000 000 NOK will be considered as equivalent assignments:

The company's list of relevant assignments/reference projects (maximum 5) for the previous 4 years.

The list shall contain information of:

— Name of the project;

— Address;

— Date;

— A short description of the project;

— Contract value;

— Contract practice;

— Scope (approx gross area in m²);

— Contracting authority;

— Contact person and the contact person's mobile number.

Any certificates from contracting authorities shall be presented.

The contracting authority reserves the right to verify the given information with the stated contact person.

An efficient quality assurance system adapted the nature of this contract:

A brief description of the company's quality assurance system. The description must, at a minimum, include the following:

— a general description of the content of the quality assurance system (maximum 1 page);

— an overview of inspection plans and check lists with relevance to this contract.
