The contracting authority's request includes transport of the contracting authority's users to/from the users' homes and various day care services in Lier municipality. The day care services are located at:
Gifstad day care centre, Frogner Nursing home. See the list of addresses given below:
1.1 Name, Address, Postal code and Location:
1. Lierbyen day care centre, Heggveien 8-10, 3400 Lier.
2. Gifstad day care centre, Gifstadbakken 11, 3400 Lier.
Number of users and driving routes will vary during the contract period. This means that the tenderer must act in accordance with the always prevailing driving routes when transporting users to/from day care services. The above mentioned implies an average of 37 day care locations round trips for the sections in total. The number of locations for each section is described in the section descriptions. The tenderer shall give a price for KM beyond this volume and an equivalent reduction of the volume.
It is emphasised that the contracting authority's users are a group that requires continuity and a large degree of predictability.

Tax certificate. The certificate shall not be older than 6 months, calculated from the deadline for receipt of tenders. Any arrears or other irregularities must be justified. If the tenderer is planning to use subsuppliers, tax certificates must be provided for them as well.

Company Registration Certificate — Requirement:
Tenderers shall be a legally established company, this also applies to any subsuppliers.
Documentation: Company Registration Certificate or equivalent from the tenderer's home country.
HSE self-declaration — Requirement:
The tenderer shall vouch that the company operates systematically to fulfil the requirements of health, safety and environment legislation and that they satisfy internal regulations. The tenderer must also confirm that the company is legally organised in relation to applicable tax and working environment regulations for employees' professional and social rights, and shall accept that the contracting authority has the right to review and verify the company's system for safeguarding health, safety and environment.
