Undervisningsbygg Oslo KF (Municipal Undertaking for Educational Buildings and Property Oslo)

In connection with a renovation project at Grindbakken School, the 5, 6 and 7 grades (a total of eight classes, approx. 200 pupils) shall be relocated to temporarily schooling premises at Bjørnsletta School. This contract involves daily transport service of pupils by bus, between Grindbakken School and Bjørnsletta School, before and after end of school days.

Tax and VAT certificate(s) must be provided with the tender, showing the status for payment of:
— tax, advanced payments, garnishments, employers' national insurance contributions and VAT.
Tenderers with business addresses in other EEA countries shall submit equivalent certificate(s). The provisions regarding tax and duties certificate(s) shall apply equally to all underlying sub provider relationships.
The tenderer shall submit a HSE self-declaration with the tender. The tenderer is obliged to require a similar declaration for all underlying sub provider relationships. The HSE self-declaration must not be more than 6 months old.
The tenderer must be a legally established company. — A Company Registration Certificate must be submitted, or an equivalent certificate as determined by the laws of the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 3 months, based on the last known accounting figures. The entire credit rating report must be submitted, and it must contain key figures for the last 3 financial years. The rating shall be carried out by an officially certified credit rating institution. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to obtain a separate credit evaluation, if necessary.

If the tenderer, due to valid reasons, cannot prove his financial position in accordance with the above listed requirements, the Contracting Authority will evaluate other appropriate documentation.

List of the most important deliveries or services performed during the past 3 years, including information about the value, time, and the name of the public or private recipients. If the services were for public contracting authorities, this should be documented by certificates issued or confirmed by the authority concerned. If the services were for private contracts, certificates should be issued or confirmed by these. In the absence of this, a declaration from the tenderer will be accepted.
