Transport model and effect calculations in the project national road 35 Hokksund — Åmot and county road 287 Åmot — Kjøreplass bridge. Transport model calculations shall be made for different solutions as a basis for possibly sifting out bad traffic solutions. There will probably be a later need for supplementary calculations for an impact assessment. Furthermore, there will probably be a need for transport model calculations as a basis for toll money calculations.The calculations will be made with a regional transport model (RTM). In addition to this there can be a need to use another calculation tool to calculate capacity at junctions/roundabouts and the traffic flow interaction between junctions/roundabouts.Benefit calculations shall be made for the impact assessment with the Norwegian Public Roads Administration's software for such calculations, EFFEKT.Two reports shall be written, one on transport model calculations and one on benefit calculations, which can be included as interim reports in the impact assessment.
