Tjøtta war cemetery — Marking and general renovation of the cemetery

Tjøtta soviet war cemetery and Tjøtta international war cemetery were established by the Norwegian government and are managed by the War Graves Service. Tjøtta war cemetery is located in Alstahaug municipality in Nordland. Approx. 8 000 soviets are buried in the Tjøtta soviet war cemetery, of which 825 are currently known and marked with a name. In the years 2009-2011 the Falstadsenter carried out the project Names wanted for war graves, on behalf of FAD (the Ministry of Renewal, Administration and Church Affairs), and names were found for approx. 5 000 of those buried. We would now like to set up memorial plaques with the name and date of those who we know are buried.
The contract consists of setting up new bronze plaques with names, as well as general renovation of the historical cemetery with walls, steps, signs, driving area and green areas. The description also includes the production of the name plaques, information signs and slate furniture.

Fulfilment of statutory requirements concerning health, safety and the environment.
Documentation requirement:
Tax certificate and VAT certificate no more than 6 months old issued by a competent authority confirming that the tenderer has fulfilled his obligations regarding the payment of taxes, social security contributions and VAT. The tax certificates must be issued by the tax collection office in the municipality where the tenderer has his head office and by the tax officer in the corresponding county.

Adequate economic and financial capacity to complete the delivery where among other things creditworthy with no requirements for guarantees is sufficient.
Documentation requirement:
A credit rating with key figures from a recognised credit assessment company or other form of documentation to demonstrate that the requirement has been met.

Qualification requirement:
— Tenderers must be able to refer to at least one contract in the last 3 years within parks and sites and/or the production and assembly of name plaques of an equivalent nature and volume.
Tenderers must be able to use sufficient manpower to carry out the assignment.
— Environmental management measures. To ensure compliance with the contract's relevant environmental requirements, the tenderer must have the necessary procedures and systems for the goods and services sought.
— Tenderers shall be certified for the right to be responsible, or substantiate that local certification will be achieved for development class 2.
Documentation requirement:
— Reference list of all of the tenderer's deliveries in the last 3 years with relevance to this assignment, stating the name of the contracting authority, value of the contract and references. What has been provided and the role the tenderer had in the assignment must be stated. Sub suppliers can be used to fulfil the requirement.
