The delivery of landline telephony services and mobile telephony/data traffic services over the mobile network to the municipalities and the counties with associated companies in Agder. High standards will be required in relation to mobile coverage, both in Agder and at municipal workplaces.
The delivery may include options for infrastructure developments and development of functionality/services, as well as purchase of telephones if the dialogue process indicates that this is expedient. This part of the delivery will not require that the tenderer has concession to develop the mobile coverage.
