Facility/in situ services (so called ‘facility services') are a collective term for the location assignments that cannot/shall be solved by the tax administration's personnel at the large offices and who have tasks in relation to the administration's core activities, namely tax collection services.
The assignments can be divided in 3 categories:
— Follow up and error recovery of joint/personal IT systems and Audio Visual meeting room/workplace equipment;
— Operation and follow-up of the general building operations and janitor assignments;
— Other commissioned assignments not included in the daily operations.

Tax and VAT certificates:
The certificate can be ordered and obtained from Altinn.
This is a new electronic tax certificate that was introduced 14.10.2014. The new tax electronic certificate that is now issued is a joint certificate for tax, payroll tax and VAT. The tax certificate on form RF-1244 is no longer issued. The certificate is to be ordered and downloaded from Altinn by using the link mentioned above. If this is not possible, it can be ordered from the tax collector or the Norwegian Tax Administration. The certificate is electronically certified and is therefore not signed.

The certificate must not be more than 6 months old, from the tender deadline. Any arrears and other notes must be explained.
An HSE self-declaration (Annex 6):
This self-declaration shall be signed by a general manager and countersigned by 1 of the employees.
A self-declaration regarding conduct (Annex 7):
The tenderer shall complete the self-declaration form regarding conduct.

Credit Rating:
Tenderers shall enclose a credit rating that is not older than 6 months from the tender deadline.
The credit rating shall be based on the most recent approved annual accounts and the rating shall be conducted by a publicly approved credit rating institution. The key figures regarding liquidity and solidity shall be included in the credit rating.
Turnover:
The Tenderer shall submit a statement regarding the Tenderer's total turnover, as well as turnovers for the same type of services during the previous 2 years.

List of the most important deliveries or services performed during the past 3 years, including information about the value, time, and the name of the public or private recipients, including contact information of the recipient's contact person.
Kontraktutførelse
Juridisk form som skal antas av gruppen av økonomiske operatører som kontrakten skal tildeles til:
The service provider may use sub-providers, but not more than 1 vertical link in the supplier chain. This means that the sub-providers cannot engage sub-providers in relation to the implementation of the relevant service.
An agreement with a 1 man enterprise or use of hired labour by the sub-provider requires written justification from the Customer.
Andre særlige vilkår:
The contract contains requirements regarding wages and working conditions, c.f. rules given in the wages and working conditions in public contracts of 9.2.2008. The tenderer shall comply with the always prevailing laws and regulations regarding wages and working conditions.
