Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Requirement 1: A tax certificate is required, not older than 3 months from the tender deadline.

Requirement 3: Company Registration Certificate. Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate issued by the Register of Business Enterprises (no older than 3 months). Foreign companies: Registration certificates in professional registers as determined by legislation in the countries in which the Tenderer is established. If the Tenderer who submits a tender is owned 50 % or more by another company or other companies in the group, the equivalent information about the organisational and legal status and financial and economical position as named in point 6.2 requirement 3 and point 6.3 requirement 5 (1) is to be provided for them or the parent company.

Requirement 4: If several companies submit a joint tender, a completed binding statement (see the tender documentation annex 2) shall be enclosed.

Requirement 2: A completed HSE self-declaration (see the tender documentation annex 1) is to be presented.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Requirement 5 (1): Annual Financial Statements with notes, including the Board's annual report and audit report for the last 3 years (2012, 2013 and 2014). If the Tenderer is owned 50 % or more by another company or several companies belonging to a group, the equivalent information shall be provided for them or the parent company.

Requirement 5 (2): Tenderers shall present a pledge for an on-demand guarantee written in Norwegian, from a bank or another financial institution established in Norway for 10 % of the Contract's annual value at any time.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement 6: Tenderers shall fulfil all the terms for obtaining a Licence for Scheduled Passenger Transport by Motor Vehicle, cf. the Professional Transport Regulations dated 26.3.2003 No 401 §§ 4, 6-10. See the tender documentation for the documentation requirements, point 6.4 requirement 6.

Requirement 7: Completed form stating the tenderer's 3-5 most important assignments in the last 3 years (see the tender documentation annex 3).

Requirement 8: Tenderers shall have sufficient capacity to start the assignment on the stated start-up date. Names and CV-s of administrative and technical key persons who shall be responsible for the execution of the assignment.

Requirement 9: Tenderers shall have a satisfactory quality assurance system. Completed Quality Assurance System Form (see the tender documentation annex 4) and a copy of any certificate issued by a public institution for quality control (ISO 9000 or equivalent).

Requirement 10: Tenderers shall have a satisfactory stand-by system. Tenderers shall enclose a description of their stand-by system.

Requirement 11. Tenderers must have a very good environmental policy. Completed and signed self-declaration on quality assurance of environment conditions (see the tender documentation annex 5).

Requirement 12: Completed and signed self-declaration confirming that wage and work terms are in accordance with Norwegian (or the country in question's) agreements, e.g. tariff agreements (see annex 6).
