The assignment includes services and goods in connection with preparation, production, delivery, printouts and finishing treatment of hunter fee cards with report forms and giros, information materials and envelopes.
A 2 year contract shall be entered into, for the period 1.8.2015-31.7.2017. The Brønnøysund Register Centre (Brønnøysundregistrene) has an unilateral right to prolong the agreement with 1+1 year. This means that the total maximum contract period is 4 years.
The assignment is roughly estimated to an annual value of approx. NOK 800 000, excluding VAT.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Company Registration Certificate: the Contracting Authority will obtain a company registration certificate. Foreign tenderers shall, with the tender, enclose a certificate that verifies that the company is legally established in accordance with the legislation of the country of origin.

VAT certificate. The certificate must not be older than 6 months.
HSE self-declaration (annex 16).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The company's most recent Annual Report with notes, including new information of relevance to the company's fiscal figures if available. If a tenderer has valid reasons as to why such documentation cannot be obtained, or that the financial situation has changed significantly since the last submitted annual accounts, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial position with other documentation that the contracting authority can accept. If the tenderer has such valid reasons, he may contact the contracting authority in writing in order to clarify which other documentation is acceptable. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to obtain credit evaluations.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The tenderer is required to have adequate economic and financial capacity to carry out the assignment/agreement. The tenderer's solvency, liquidity and financial strength will be central to this assessment.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer shall attach an overview of his experience from comparable assignments. The overview must contain the most important deliveries over the last 3 years, their values/scopes, what the delivery included, the dates and recipients (annex 21).
Description of the company's quality assurance procedures and documentation of any certification.
If the tenderer must use sub providers to fulfil the requirement for technical/professional qualifications or financial/economic position, the tenderer shall document to the contracting authority that he has the right to use the necessary resources, by enclosing a binding statement on this from these sub providers. The template, annex 21 must be used.

Good experience is required from equivalent assignments.
The tenderer should have good procedures for quality assurance of its services.
Sub-providers:
With the application for qualification, the tenderer shall submit an overview of the sub providers/co-operation partners that could be used, and an overview of what these will contribute. The application must also state how the co-operation is regulated between the parties. The contracting authority shall only relate to the tenderer, who will have the same responsibility for his sub provider's services as for his own.
