The procurement of warehouses for the Norwegian Roads Museum

The Contracting Authority would like to receive tenders for the delivery of the following:
As a starting point, the Norwegian Roads museum procure six warehouses. The warehouses shall be delivered 25.9.2015.
The aim of the procurement is to ensure satisfactory storage/warehousing of machinery and equipment.
The contract's extent is:
The agreement period is one year, from the date that both parties sign the contract.
Options:
The Contracting authority has an option to extend the contract for 1 + 1 year, thus the total possible contract length is three years. During this period it may be necessary to deliver a further two + one warehouses. That would mean that the total delivery of the agreement could be nine warehouses.
Number of tenderers:
For this procurement, a contract will be signed with one tenderer.
