The procurement of an IT architecture team for the BarentsWatch Operative Services

The BarentsWatch shall establish an Agency network and Interaction system that connects the services and information across departmental and professional borders. This requires a solid founded architecture which shall be utilised and implemented with user-controlled development.
BarentsWatch wishes to establish a team with senior resources composing of an IT Architect from the BarentsWatch together with senior resources which shall be procured for this project.
The IT architecture teams' assignments are:
— Preparation, maintenance and follow-up architecture for the Department network and Interaction system
— Support the service development projects where the purpose is to ensure implementation in relation to the established architecture
— Trough contact with the service development projects, gather relevant requirements requested for the architecture in the BarentsWatch
— Provide support in connection with assignments related to BarentsWatch Operative services. — This includes ensuring conformity in the architecture as well as support in relation to integration between the deliveries and into the departments.

— The architecture team will relate to demanding customers in the departments and must be comfortable with dialogues thereof. Travel activities must be expected.
