The hiring of coffee machines and procurement of associated products and services

Norges vassdrags- og energidirektorat (NVE)

NVE (the Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate) wishes to enter into an agreement with 1 tenderer. The contract involves hiring of coffee machines and delivery of associated products and services. The services and products are to be delivered to the head office in Oslo. The delivery address is Middelthunsgate 29.
The delivery includes both filter coffee machines and coffee beans machines. As a starting point, the contracting authority requests the delivery of 15 filter coffee machines and 2 coffee beans machines. During the agreement period, NVE (the Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate) shall have the option to replace the filter coffee machines with coffee beans machines. Any expenses in relation to the replacement shall be stated in the tender form. If NVE (the Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate) has a budgetary coverage, it may be relevant to deliver 11 filter coffee machines and 6 coffee beans machines. If applicable, this will already be in force from the date the agreement is initiated.
The coffee type will be selected after the supplier is chosen.
The machines are requested delivered during June 2015 and shall be delivered within the end of July 2015, at the latest.
The agreement shall include: hire, service, the delivery of filter coffee, coffee beans, tea, sugar sticks, milk powder, stirring sticks, cleaning products, cleaning tablets for coffee beans machines, chocolate powder and filter rolls.
In 2014 NVE's (the Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate) costs were approx. 200 000 NOK, including VAT related to hiring costs, and approx. 400 000 NOK, including VAT related to consumption.
The annual estimated contract value is 600 000 NOK, including VAT.
