Vegfinans E6 Ringebu — Otta AS

In connection with the financing of the development of E6 for the section Frya — Sjoa in Oppland County, the company requests tenders for bank loan facilities for up to 650 000 000 NOK. The facility is a supplementary facility to the original loan in the company due to the alteration of the scope of the development. Important points regarding the development and the financing of the section is stated in the consideration in the Norwegian Parliament. C.f. proposition 51 S (2012-2013).
A tender document will be prepared. This document will be distributed to qualified tenderers who register their interest for participation in the tender contest.
The following time schedule is expected in connection with the financing:
— Publication: 1.7.2015
— Deadline for requests for participation in the tender contest through Doffin: 3.8.2015
— Distribution of tender documents: 3.8.2015
— Deadline for receipt of (binding) tenders: 14.9.2015
— Planned board resolution: Ultimo September 2015
The company will have a requirement for withdrawal from the financing by the end of October 2015.
