The engineering design group for rehabilitation of 2 nursery schools

1 (one) engineering design group shall be contracted, who shall ensure the design in the different phases of the project with rehabilitation of 2 nursery schools.
The procurement includes the entire process from the preliminary project to the completed building/hand-over. Please refer to the performance description in Annex for further description of the scope of works. Annex 1.1 refers to performance description and operation of Fuglemyra Nursery School, and Annex 1.2 refers to performance description and operation of Grønland Nursery School.
The projects are planned to be implemented as a 2 individual projects, meaning 1 contract will be signed for each nursery school, for both the engineering design works and for the principal contracts.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

The tenderer shall be a legally established company:

— Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate.

— Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade index or business register as prescribed by the law of the country in which the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The tenderer must have the financial capacity to implement the assignments/contracts.

— Credit evaluation/rating from all participants in the engineering design group. The credit evaluation/rating shall not be more than 1 year old, and should be based on the last known fiscal figures.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

1. The tenderer is required to have good experience with equivalent engineering design work.

— List of the most important deliveries or services performed during the past 3 years, including information about the value, time, and the name of the public or private recipients. The performances shall be documented by certificates issued or confirmed by the relevant public authority or private recipient. In the absence of this, a declaration from the tenderer will be accepted.

Individual CVs are not requested under this point.

2. The tenderers are required to have a good and well functioning quality assurance system.

— Certificate for the company's quality assurance system issued by independent bodies which certify that the tenderer fulfils certain quality assurance standards, for example ISO 9001:2002

Instead of certificates other equivalent documentation on quality assurance measures may be accepted. We request information regarding the name of the system and to have a detailed table of contents or an explanation of how the system is used in practice.

We emphasise that fulfilment of the requirement must be documented by all participants in the engineering design group.
