The Contracting Authority would like to establish framework agreements with companies that provide plan and reporting services. Relevant assignments can be municipal (sector) plans, theme plans, area plans, detailed zoning plans, environmental impact assessments, risk and vulnerability analyses and other reports that are necessary to have a plan prepared and approved. As an example of disciplines beyond general planning competence, we can also name noise, nature diversity, cultural memorials, geotechnics and architecture.
