See the attached specifications, annex 3 for further information on the contract's extent and content. Emphasis is put on the fact that it is difficult to describe the contract extent as experience shows that the need varies from year to year. A contract shall be signed with 2 service providers for the assignment. The duration of the framework agreement will be 2 years. The Contracting authority shall have the option to extend the framework agreement for a further 1+1 years, altogether 4 years. At the same time we would like to enter into a contract with ‘service provider 2’, who can be used if there are conflicts of interest with ‘service provider 1’.
