The service shall be provided in the period from the contract is signed until 31.12.2017.The contracting authority has the option to prolong the contract for a further one + one year on unchanged terms.The Municipal Undertaking for Social Housing will, at the start of the contract, have the market and current rent reports for the fourth quarter of 2014. The objective of this procurement is to continue the already conducted price surveys for the period 2015-2017. Option for prolongation of 1 + 1 year.The first submission shall be for the first quarter of 2015 and second quarter of 2015. The deadline for delivery is to be further agreed. After this, the reports shall be provided within one and a half month, at the latest, subsequent to the end of the quarter.
