Universitetssykehuset Nord-Norge HF

UNN would like an interactive hotel-TV system for communication with our guests. UNN would like to enter into a contract for the procurement or long term hire of an interactive TV system, as well as wall-mounted flat TVs for all the rooms at the hotel.
The contract period will be for 5 (five) years in accordance with the tender documentation dated 1.7.2015, with an option for an extension for up to 2 (two) years, 1 (one) year at a time.
The contracting authority intends to enter into a contract with 1 (one) total supplier of the procurement.

Tenderers must be not be in arrears with regards to payment of taxes. Norwegian tenderers shall document this with certificates that are not older than 6 months. — Tax certificate — VAT certificate
Tenderers with operations in Norway shall submit a statement that the tenderer currently, or will at the time the contract is awarded, meet legal requirements in Norway regarding health and safety. — HSE self-declaration (the form for the HSE self-declaration is attached as annex 8)

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
A minimum of sufficient solidity for the most recent financial years is required.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The contracting authority will use Proff TM Forvalt's (www.forvalt.no) target figures and ranking for the equity percentage, where a minimum of 10 % equity capital represents satisfactory solidity.
The supplier must ensure that this information is accessible on the website.
If this is not the case, the last 2 years Financial Statements and Annual Reports must be submitted with the tender.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must show experience from equivalent contracts to relevant contracting authorities.
The company must have a good and conscious environmental policy.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
— Tenderers shall enclose a list of their most important deliveries for the last 3 years, which are comparable to this assignment. The list shall include the assignments' value, date and recipient. Tenderers must also state three customer references from this list with a contact person and telephone number.

— The company can document environmental expertise by submitting EMAS or ISO 14001 certification, or similar.
