UNN invites supplier to submit tenders on delivery of operation vacuums, drains for different areas of use, as well as different types of operations knives. A 1 (one) year framework agreement will be entered into for the stated equipment, with the possibility for extension for up to 3 years, 1 year at a time.
The agreement includes delivery to central warehouses for the Nord-Norge HF, located in Tromsø, Harstad and Narvik.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

The tenderer is required to have fulfilled its obligations in terms of the payment of tax and VAT. The certificates shall be issued by the Tax Directorate's form RF-1244 or another form that provides the same information. The certificates shall not show arrears. The certificate should not be older than 6 months calculated from the deadline submission date for the tender.

The tenderer shall be a legally established company. Certificate for registration in the Register of Business Enterprises or the trade index in accordance with national legislation (transcript of Company Registration Certificate). Foreign companies: Verification that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the supplier is established.

Tenderers with operations in Norway shall submit a statement that the tenderer currently, or will at the time the contract is awarded, meet legal requirements in Norway regarding health and safety. Filled in and signed self-declaration form, Health, Safety and Environment (Attachment 8).

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderer shall have as a minimum satisfactory solidity for the last revised Financial year.

The Contracting Authority will use Proff TM Forvalt's (www.forvalt.no) target figures and ranking for the equity percentage, where a minimum of 10 % equity capital represents satisfactory solidity.

The service provider must ensure that this information is accessible on the website.

If this is not the case, the last 2 years Financial Statements and Annual Reports must be submitted with the tender.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The tenderer shall have sufficient experience from similar contracts.

The company must have a good and conscious environmental policy.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Overview of the most important deliveries during the last 3 years for the type of equipment included in the tender documentation, including the contract values, time frame and recipients.

The business can document environmental expertise by submitting EMAS or ISO 14001 certification, or similar.
