UNN would like tenders for the following products adapted for heart/lung machines:
— Tube sets, (Custom Pack) EQUIVALENT TO the attached drawings including an oxygen generator, cardiotomy reservoir, vein bag.
— Artery cannulas, type BE-A22-2107 w/con.3/8 x 3/8 m/ll or equivalent.
— Vein cannulas, type DIITR 3446LA w/con ½ x ½ u/ll or equivalent.
— Cardioplegia cannulas, Antegrade, type 12GA (9fr.) with vent line or equivalent.
— Cardioplegia cannulas, Retrograde, type RC2014 or equivalent.
— Blood cardioplegia set, equivalent to the attached drawings Thorax drain (reservoir) kit. Shall include a water lock.

The tenderer is required to have its tax and VAT payments in order. Documentation requirement: Tax certificate and VAT certificate. The certificate shall be issued on The Norwegian Tax Administration's form or other form that provides the same information. The certificate shall not show arrears. The certificate should not be older than 6 months calculated from the tender submission deadline.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers shall, as a minimum, have satisfactory solidity for the last revised financial year. Documentation requirement: The contracting authority will use Proff TM Forvalt's (www.forvalt.no) target figures and ranking for the equity percentage, where a minimum of 10 % equity capital represents satisfactory solidity. Tenderers must ensure that this information is accessible on the website. If this is not the case, the last two years Financial Statements and Annual Reports must be submitted with the tender.

The company must have a good and conscious environmental policy. Tenderers shall have an environmental profile that ensures the least possible amount of pollution from the production, transport, use of packaging, operation, disposal and recycling of the offered products. Documentation requirement: The company can document environmental expertise by submitting EMAS or ISO 14001 certification, or similar.
