Norsk Tipping intends to enter into a framework agreement regarding temporary staff contracting services in the professional area IT services — Temporary staff contracting services IT. Norsk Tipping AS has the need to engage a service provider who can offer temporary staff contracting services in IT. Temps shall primarily belong to the department IT Operations which is responsible for Norsk Tipping's IT operation. IT Operation is responsible for operation, monitoring, maintenance and administration of all of the IT systems that support Norsk Tipping's activities. IT Operation comprises 4 units and has approx. 70 employees. The 4 units are: the Operation centre, IT Service, Systems and Services and Platform. The various units may i.a require the following resources, of which approx. 50 % of the call-offs in 2014 have been in relation to resources with 5-10 years' experience.
