80404 Landscape:The contract includes remaining works on roads and a new drop off area. This includes construction of roads from road bed, technical infrastructure for storm water management and cabling to lighting and parking meters, stops for taxis/buses and waiting areas for buses, parking areas and greeneries, foot/cycle paths, a connection to an oval roundabout, completion of the lower part of ramps up and down to the upper drop off area, signage and lighting, pavement blocks and granite elements, greeneries. The contract also includes electrical installation works in connection with lighting, parking meters and barriers.The involved area is more than 30 000 m2 and will include (the figures are estimates):— Road/pavement (tarmacked area): 16 000 m2,— Parking (tarmacked area): 5 150 m2,— Concrete cover (area): 2 550 m2,— Granite cover (area): 4 200 m2,— Greeneries (park areas/planted areas): 24 000 m2.The complete extent of the procurement will be described in the tender documentation.
