System manager ICT operations for Austevoll municipality.
Austevoll municipality shall establish a new IT operational contract in 2015. The contract shall be for 3 years with an option for an extension of 2 plus 2 years.
Austevoll municipality's aim with the procurement is to get a system manager for ICT operations for the following conditions, amongst other things:
— Operation of existing applications/services in the application catalogue.
— Set up and operation of new or changed applications/services.
— Application management in cooperation with the system owners, including user forum and reference environment.
— Routines and software for data integrity and security.
— Phasing out irrelevant applications including reusing stored data.
— Internal and external data communication, access to the internet.
— Data storage and databases in accordance with the data security/personal protection requirements.
— Central infrastructure and network componenets, operation of servers (including the accompanying licences).
— Participation in a project with technical ICT operational competence.
— Actively contributing to testing and making operations more efficient, as well as contributing to fulfilling the requirements for digitalising the municipality.
— Interaction between various ICT systems in the municipality.
— Service desk/user support.
