Strengthened housing offer for users who require supervision/care outside institutions

Lærdal kommune (Lærdal municipality)

Lærdal municipality announces a tender for 24 hour strengthened housing and care offer for users with a particular need for this. The housing shall give the user the right to a private life. There are special requirements for the design of the housing and its location. The housing must include a lounge, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and at a minimum access to the internet, cable TV and a separate personnel base. Users will need their own activity offers.
The municipality requires routine for quality assurance of the strengthened housing offer, this applies, amongst other things, to the house rules, routines for handing out medication, competence plans etc. The tenderer must prove competence for the strengthened housing offer, relevant health and social care education is required at university college level. The municipality requires a criminal record check for all persons who shall carry out services in the tender and the municipality requests that references are presented. A price shall be given for 12 months and it shall include the necessary expenses for food, transport, different activities/leisure activities. The following conditions will be emphasised when assessing the tender: housing, competence, location, activities.
