The ICT solution shall support the planning and reporting process of the Norwegian Environment Agency. This includes:
— The planning phase up until the operations plan and resource distribution;
— Follow-up and updating of plans;
— Reporting.
The solution shall be used and perceived as useful at all levels of the organisation. The solution shall ensure clear and effective planning and reporting processes, and assist in good prioritisation, effective utilisation of resources and good goal achievement.
