Kystverket (The Norwegian Coastal Administration)

The Norwegian Coastal Administration is responsible for preventing and identifying acute pollution and shall make sure the liable polluter or municipality implement necessary measures when acute pollution occurs.
In connection with major operations against acute pollution, waste management services will be required. A potential provider of waste management services will work close with the Norwegian Coastal Administration, IUS (the Intermunicipal Committee against acute pollution), the responsible polluter and other participants in the operation The primary assignments for the provider of waste management are collection, transportation, and treatment of wastes, as well as cleaning the vessels and materials that are polluted.

The tenderer is required to have a legally established company.
Company Registration Certificate or equivalent from the tenderer's homeland.
Foreign tenderers should preferably deliver equivalent certificates in Norwegian. Documentation in English, Swedish or Danish is accepted.

Credit assessment from an organisation licensed by the Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) to conduct credit assessment operations.
The assessment must be based on the last known fiscal figures with an indication of how the credit rating has evolved during the past 2 years.
