The aim of the procurement is to replace and upgrade the existing sound mixers, as well as to increase the flexibility of the sound department when rigging up and winding down major musicals and theatre shows on the main stage.

Requirement: The tenderer shall be a legally established company.

Documentation:

Norwegian companies: Updated Company Registration Certificate.

Foreign companies: Certificate of legal registration in the country where the company was established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Requirement: Suppliers shall have their tax and VAT payments in order.

Documentation:

Tax and VAT certificate. The certificate shall not be older than 6 months calculated from the tender deadline. A tax certificate and a VAT certificate for paid fees issued either by the local tax office or the tax collection office where the tenderer's head office is located.

Foreign tenderers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian authorities.

Requirement: The supplier must have a functioning HSE system.

Documentation: Tenderers shall present a HSE self-declaration (see annex 1 ‘HSE self-declaration’).

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement: Documented relevant competence and experience are required from equivalent assignments.

Documentation: The company's total manpower. The most important assignments/deliveries in the last two years, including their value, date and recipient. Please provide the telephone numbers of the contracting authorities' contact persons. The references will only be contacted if necessary.

Requirement: Good and well-functioning HSE and quality assurance systems are required for the services that will be provided.

Documentation: A statement regarding the tenderer's quality assurance system/quality management system or a copy of the system certificate issued by the accredited certification bodies or similar documentation. An account of health, environment and safety (HSE).
