The procurement shall result in an agreement concerning purchase, support and other services in order to conduct UiO's Backup facility. The procurement concerns software for the entire Backup system, and eventually hardware. The agreement shall not be restricted only to regulate installation, delivery, and support in 5 year, but also be used after 5 years and the agreement must be flexible so that expected changes in functionality might be included during a long time relation.
