Begrunnelse for rammeavtaler med varighet over fire år:

The season is mainly in the period 15.10 to 15.4.

The municipality would like a framework agreement for six season, i.e. 15.10.2015 to 15.4.2021. The reason for six seasons is that the chosen tenderer will need to invest in vehicles (lorries/tractors) with equipment (ploughs/cutters etc.) and the rules for depreciation in business/agriculture/leasing contracts.

The competition has the following volume division 15.10.2015 to 15.4.2017 (2 seasons), with an extension for each following year. The contract will be extended automatically. The contract will be automatically renewed for 1 (one) season at a time after the main period of 2 seasons, but with the mutual right for the parties to give notice on the contract with 6 (six) months written notification. Notice must be given by 1.6.
