Skansemyren nursery school — general contracting

Bergen municipality, c/o the Agency for buildings and properties, henceforth referred to as the contracting authority, invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest in connection with a general contracting for Skansemyren nursery school.
The nursery school that shall be constructed is located in Ole Irgens vei 90, Bergenshus land number 166, part of land numbers 22, 202, 203 and 241 etc. C.f. the zoning plan 19360000 area B. The nursery school shall have a capacity for 60 children. The gross area of the building is approx. 975 m2 and the outdoor areas which are purposed for play and stay have an area of 1,800 m2 A parking area, a foot and cycle path and a hike track shall also be constructed.
The scope, location and other physical frames are given in the approved zoning plan, and in other contract documents (see annex).

Norwegian companies: The Contracting Authority will obtain information regarding the tenderer's economic and financial capacity from Proff Forvalt credit information company. It is therefore unnecessary to submit these details. (All companies who have provided financial statements to the Brønnøysund Registre Centre will be registered through Proff Forvalt). Tenderers must see if there is such information available from Proff Forvalt (www.forvalt.no).

Minste nivå(er) av standarder: The company must have satisfactory finances to carry out the assignment.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
1) The company's relevant assignments from the last 5 years.
2) Statement of the company's quality assurance system.
3) Valid proof of central certification for the relevant professions, alternatively documentation that substantiates that local certification will be achieved for the relevant professions.
4) CVs for the proposed key personnel.
An overview of the offered personell in the various key positions included in this assignment.
It is a condition that the following functions are safeguarded by 3 different persons.
— A project manager
— A foreman, and
— A progress co-ordinator.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
1) The company shall have experience from corresponding assignments of minimum equivalent scope. The company shall have experience from management of sub-contractors
2) The company shall have established systems for quality assurance.
3) It is required that the tenderer has proper qualifications for the relevant approval areas, equivalent to the enterprise classification stated in the table referred to as ‘Godkjenningsområder for sentral godkjenning av foretak’, annex I.5.
4) The proposed organisation and personnel shall have sufficient competence, ability to implement the assignment and experience from corresponding projects.
